Upgrading a Trial backup client to Paid status is a simple one-click process. In the Extend Backup portal (http://backup1.extendgroup.net:6060), focus on your Customer account in the left-hand pane, so that the customers backup clients are listed in the right-hand pane.
Click the 'Upgrade Trial to Paid' icon next the the backup client instance you wish to upgrade (below).
