In this solution, the customer would typically utilize the following:

- one or more dedicated voice circuits

- one or more data/internet circuits, also utilised as failover for voice traffic

- ViBE technology

- a shared switch, that is used for both phones and computers

- computers can be plugged into the bridge port on phone handsets

- phones require static IP addressing

- computers utilise DHCP addresses



The design is outlined below, with the Visio template attached (2010).  The design can obviously be tweaked to allow DHCP addressing from another device, like an onsite server.
