This Agent Manager contains the following features: Personal Queue Manager, Personal CDR Inspector (including CRM Tagging and Call Recording downloads), Personal Address Book, Extension Inspector (read-only) and an integrated Softphone. It also comes with a built in API Adapter and Push Notifications Client, allowing for full CRM integration.
You can manage yourself in your own Queues, but not anyone else. You are forced to select a Pause Reason when pausing, so that this information is logged against the database. Because this is an agent tool, you don't have any management abilities, and cannot manage another agent, only yourself.
Follow the instructions below to download and install the Agent Manager:
(NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS STANDALONE VERSIONS OF THE EUPHORIA APPS, INCLUDING AGENT QUEUE MANAGER, CONTACT SYNC, API ADAPTER YOU SHOULD UNINSTALL THESE ALL BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW INTEGRATED AGENT MANAGER!)
Log into the Euphoria TMS manager at https://tms.euphoria.co.za (if you do not have details for this, contact Extend Support at support@extendgroup.net)
Click on the ‘Downloads’ tab, and then click to download the Agent Manager application. |

Run the application setup file to start installing the Agent Manager. The initial installation is a simple ‘next – next – next’ process. |

Click next to accept the default installation locations and options. |

Click next to start the installation. |

The Agent Manager will install – this typically only takes a minute or two. |

When the installation is complete, click ‘Close’ to finish the installation process. |

From your Start Menu, launch the Agent Manger application (Start – All Programs – Euphoria inOffice Tools). On first running you will need to enter your PBX and API details. |

The ‘API Login Details’ are available from the Euphoria TMS portal to users with access to the ‘API Manager’. If you do not have access to this, contact Extend Support (support@extendgroup.net)
The TMS Login details should be the details you use to access the TMS portal (https://tms.euphoria.co.za) – note that these should be individual per user, and are your extension TMS details (typically not admin TMS details). The ‘Agent Code’ field is used for how you are identified by your company, this can be any value, but typically your name would be used.

To find your API details, login to the Euphoria TMS portal at https://tms.euphoria.co.za. From the initial home page, select your PBX account. |

On the right-hand side, click on the ‘API Manger’ link (towards the bottom) to access your API settings. |

Your ‘Tenant Name’ and API Auth Code can be found here. It’s best to copy and paste these details to avoid any mistakes. Typically all users in the business will use the same API Auth Code – there is no need to create one for each user. |
