The simplest method to change your password is to do it using the Outlook Web App portal.  If you do not know your password or cannot remember it, you will need to contact Extend Support (support@extendgroup.net) to have it reset.  If you do know your current password, follow the process below to change it.

 

Browse to https://mail.extendgroup.net/owa, and login using your credentials (typically your primary email address is your username).

 

In the top right of the window below your name, click the ‘Options’ dropdown, and then click ‘Change Your Password’:

 

 

 

In the Change Password field, fill in your current password and new password in the required fields, and click Save.

 

Well done!  Your password has been changed.  You will be required to log into OWA with your new password now, and any Outlook clients you have configured will prompt you for your new password (don’t forget to update your password on any mobile or tablet devices you use!)
