The simplest method to register a new Apple device with XenMobile is to do it via the customer setup link from the device itsself.
Open the Safari browser on the device, and browse to the following URL: http://xxxx.zenmdm.co.za/xxxx/setup (where xxxx is typically your customer name
The OTA (over the air) enrollment screen opens:
Tap on 'ZDM root certificate', and install the certificate on the device, ignoring any warnings that might appear (screenshots below):
Now tap the 'Sign in' button, and enter the credentials give to you by your administrator:
The profile installation window appears, tap 'Install' to install the profile, ignoring any warnings that may appear (below):
When the installation is complete, tap 'Done'. You will return to the OTA login screen, which you can now close. Your device is now managed and will receive policies as specified by your organisation.
